Our Nursing Staff
Our nursing staff consists of mostly Licensed Practical Nurses. Our nurses work directly with our providers to ensure that your questions and concerns are addressed as promptly as possible.  Any guidance or information that our nurses relay to patients comes directly from our providers.  There is never a need to try to "bypass" a triage nurse because your provider personally addressed all of the concerns and her nurse relays the information back to you.  While each nurse is cross trained with every provider, we find that a team approach is most efficient so, as a general rule, you will see the same nurse whenever you come in for an appointment with your chosen provider.

MaryBeth, LPN: MaryBeth started with the practice from day 1 in 2005 and worked with Dr. Williams for about a year prior to that.  Before transitioning to primary care she spent over 17 years as a nurse in an Ear, Nose and Throat office working with surgeons.  MaryBeth is also the LPN Team Leader. She helps over-see training of clinical staff and assists with ongoing Patient-Centered Medical Home Quality Improvement endeavors. 

Barb, LPN: Barbara joined our team June 2021. Barb comes to our practice with prior experience in family care. She is here to help keep the flow and pace for each of our providers. She has already made a great addition to our team. 

Emily, RN: Emily has a robust background in triaging patients over the phone and in person. She works closely with patients who have complicated, chronic conditions providing education and coordinating care with other providers who are members of the patient's care team and will often assist Jessica with hospitalized patients. She is a vital resource for our LPN team. We are happy to have Emily on board!

Our Administrative Staff:
While you may not always see the members of our administrative staff, we can assure you that they are all vital members of your health care team.  Donna, Victoria, and Renee work with providers, nurses and patients to provide seamless, coordinated care.    

Donna (Billing & Compliance):  Donna joined our team in 2023 after our previous biller, Debbie, retired after 18 years of service. Donna handles our payments, collections and denials from insurance companies.  Donna works directly with both insurance companies and patients to try to resolve any discrepancies.  We recognize that some of the insurance rules can be confusing and she is happy to help our patients understand their policy coverage and benefits as much as possible. 

Victoria (Receptionist):  Victoria is the face of the office. She handles the majority of our phone calls and scheduling and sees that our patients are not lost to follow up. She works hard to make sure your information is current and also notify the patients of any policy changes. Should you be transferring in from another office or leaving the area, Victoria will be sure that we obtain your outside records and forward them along to your new provider. Please be sure to welcome Victoria to our practice.

Renee (Referral Coordinator): As our Referrals Coordinator Renee is in charge of scheduling specialty appointments and testing as well as obtaining any necessary prior authorizations for services and medications. Renee makes all effort to make sure patient needs with referrals are met. 
 
Management

Deidra (Office Manager): Since May 2019 Deidra has been our Office Manager. She helps manage daily operations; acting as a liaison with the owner, providers and staff. She oversees and provides coverage in the administrative roles when needed. She handles a wide range of duties from financial, human resources, compliance, administrative and even internal tech support.
